What are your special order policies?

Special order purchases require a minimum of one third (1/3) the total sale amount as a deposit. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on non-stocked special order merchandise. No exceptions! Normal stocked special order merchandise is subject to the "Satisfaction Policy." All quotes on manufacturer's ship times are estimated. We assume no responsibility for shipping delays from manufacturers.
